  • Property Preparation We inspect, photograph and create a detailed written inspection of every vacant property in addition to exit inspections with tenants present.

  • Market Analysis We research comparables to make sure each unit is marketed optimally in terms of rents, deposits and move in terms.

  • Marketing We get the word out. Exposure is key so we utilize photos, flyers, website marketing through multiple online services, print ad and signage to make sure everyone who is looking finds your vacancy. Our vacant units are available for viewing every day.

  • Fast Repair Response With a digitally connected staff we are able to coordinate and prioritize repairs quickly before they get out of hand. 24/7 Emergency response is available to solve critical issues and regular inspections of properties are performed to avoid future issues.

  • Lease Preparation We constantly revise our leases and agreement forms so you have the best executed agreement with tenants.

  • Tenant Screening All incoming tenants are screened thoroughly including credit, eviction, sex offender, income requirements and in accordance with fair housing law.

  • Monthly Reporting We provide you with detailed monthly income and expense reports as well as an overall summary of your properties.

  • Collection and Disbursements All collection of rents are carefully accounted with our integrated accounting system and delinquent tenants are evicted in the fastest possible time frame. All subcontractors are paid timely and according our efficient purchase order system.
