MICHAEL RIFENBARK

Operations Manager Victory Development South

 

Prior to joining The Victory Companies, Mr. Rifenbark  served as construction manager at public home builders such as K. Hovanian Homes and other public infrastructure companies. Mike has been with the Victory Companies since 2005 serving as Project Manager for Residential Tract Operations, constructing over 100 homes annually. He has expertise in site development and ground up new construction. Mike has also supervised large scale  commercial construction as well as major tenant improvements.

 

​Mike's duties with Victory now include  development and construction along with working on the acquisition and sales for the Companies projects in  Southern USA. Mike is responsible for overseeing the daily procedures of the construction crews, sub-contractors and undertaking the necessary steps for completing the construction process. Mike prepares all specifications and the financial budgets required to complete the various steps necessary on Company projects.

 

Mike holds numerous certificates in construction management from the Building Industry Association as well as public infrastructure certifications. He has also been a member of the County Sheriff's search and rescue team. Mike is married and has four children.
