N.C.A.R.B. Architect

With over thirty-five years of successful architectural practice in all forms of architecture from residential to commercial, Mr. Nardini has maintained an excellent reputation for architectural design. Jerry Nardini obtained his degree in Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is licensed in California, Hawaii and Utah as an Architect with N.C.A.R.B. National Certification. He has been a member of the Orange County Chapter of The American Institute of Architects, the Building Industry Association, the Home Builders Council and the Sales & Marketing Council. His designs have been awarded 10 Gold Nugget Awards, 2 Mame Awards and 1 Laurel Award all for architectural excellence. His accomplishments have been on exhibit in the Laguna Beach Art Museum in California. He has held many speaking engagements and has traveled extensively throughout the world researching architecture for his projects. His direction and expertise not only in design, but also in governmental design review is a motivating factor in forwarding current projects to completion.


Mr. Nardini has designed many of the successful projects for the corporation. They included custom homes, affordable tract homes, green built projects, commercial projects as well as the ongoing national campaign with Ethan Allen, Inc. furniture stores.


Mr. Nardini has had professional experience with other projects not connected to the Victory Team. His experience includes work on restaurants, retail, hotels, office, industrial and land planning, as well as, custom homes, numerous mixed use residential and commercial developments.
