GREG WALKER

Mr. Walker is currently overseeing the 99 unit Kai Ani Village daily operations, development and marketing in Maui, Hawaii. He currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in Hawaii and Arizona. Greg met his wife Elizabeth on Maui and has now made Maui their lifelong home.

 

Greg was recruited to come to Maui in early 2004. He managed the sales staff at two diversely different new development projects. The first was a hotel condo with a 188 vacation rental units, grossing $85M in sales and the second a custom home site community with a 132 lots complete with a clubhouse overlooking Kaanapali, grossing $100M in sales.

 

Mr. Walker started his career in Real Estate in 1992 working for large production home builders in the Tucson, Arizona area. He primarily worked for Richmond American Homes where he closed nine new home subdivisions resulting in over 300 new home sales. Later, as a Sales Manager, he increased their sales to over 700 homes annually and supervised as many as 24 Associates in over 12 communities with an average of 225 concurrent escrows at one time. Additionally Greg sold homes for Meritage Homes and US Homes while in Arizona.

 

Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Walker spent 8 years in the US Army. As a Non Commissioned Officer, Greg was responsible for managing up to twenty-one personel. He performed aerial intelligence missions throughout several hostile locations including Korea and Iraq. He also served as a member of the nuclear reliability program in a combat artillery division in Germany and Ft. Bragg, NC.
