At Victory Development, Inc. and Victory Development, Hawaii, LLC we are proud of the professional team that we have assembled. Each person offers many years of industry experience and extensive education and training. They provide the core of our expertise in the areas of land acquisition, entitlements, architectural design, engineering, contracting, real estate brokerage, legal, information technology and site development. The team has residential and commercial projects developed in California, Washington State, Utah and Hawaii.

The team is very involved with the National Association of Home Builders located in  Washington D.C., a large lobby and advocate organization for housing.  Individual team members hold positions at Local, State and National levels as committee members, committee chairmen and  board of directors which  includes the past President of the Los Angels County area building industry association.
