TIMOTHY PIASKY, P.E.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Piasky is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Victory Development. He has been directly or indirectly involved in the building industry for nearly 20 years. Mr. Piasky’s dedication to the building industry is apparent through his leadership involvement with the Building Industry Association at the federal, state, regional and local level.

At the federal level, Mr. Piasky was a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) committee that established the very first NAHB national green building guidelines. At the state level, Mr. Piasky serves on the Climate Change Task Force, Environmental Issues Subcommittee, Water Resources Subcommittee, Evaluation & Strategic Planning Committee and the Multifamily & Urban Infill Council for the California Building Industry Association. At the regional level, Mr. Piasky serves on the Board of Directors, Governmental Affairs Committee and the PAC for the Building Industry Association of Southern California. At the local level, Mr. Piasky serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles and Ventura County Building Industry Association.

Prior to joining Victory Development, Mr. Piasky was Director of Environmental Affairs for the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/SC) and the Construction Industry Coalition on Water Quality (CICWQ). In this role, he promoted environmental policies that balanced environmental protection with the business needs of the building and construction industries and the housing needs of the general public. He not only advocated for sound environmental policies, but also led and educated the building and construction industries on environmental regulation compliance.

Prior to joining BIA/SC, Mr. Piasky held many roles at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. In these roles he was responsible for working with the building and construction industries in various capacities.
