Mr. Dennert has been involved in the building industry for over 20 years. Mr. Dennert currently manages the corporate, risk assessment, insurance, accounting and technological office functions. He also supervises the property management division of the Victory team. Mr. Dennert has expertise in the forming and organization of corporations, partnerships and associations including not-for-profit entities including tax implications.

He currently sits as a Board of Director for a Non Profit Corporation he formed supporting environmental reform, education, protection of ocean habitat and fund raising for other not-for-profit agencies. Mr. Dennert is actively involved in the Building Industry Association committees and lobbies at the State level in Sacramento and National level in Washington DC.

Mr. Dennert has an extensive background in Information Technology including hardware, networking, software and programming. Mr. Dennert is a commissioned Notary Public and holds a California Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the Foothill Apartment Association.

Mr. Dennert earned an engineering degree in Computer Science with emphasis in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
